I had given up on drinking coffee for the past several months because I thought I just didn’t like it anymore. Maybe sing the rich smooth flavor I kept trying expensive coffee makers and trying local coffee shops with no satisfaction until I made this purchase. It must be the freshness of this product that’s making the difference because I am happy to say I am enjoying a great cup of coffee again!! I was originally sent K cups that did not work in my coffee maker which is an older model. I sent an email describing my problem and received an immediate response. I was told that they would send out different cup that would work in my machine. I just used them and am enjoying a wonderful cup of coffee. The customer service of this company is outstanding.
