I was originally sent K cups that did not work in my coffee maker which is an older model. I sent an email describing my problem and received an immediate response. I was told that they would send out different cup that would work in my machine. I just used them and am enjoying a wonderful cup of coffee. The customer service of this company is outstanding.

before moving from Denver I used paper cups regularly. Ones I bought there weren't packed quite so tightly, making them easier to separate to place coffee grounds
You can really taste the difference between the store bought stuff and this. The quality is on point. Love this coffee
