We slowly roast this carefully selected custom blend of naturally sweet Arabica (95%) & Robusta (5%) coffee beans specifically for your home Chemex coffee.
For optimal extraction in your Chemex, we recommend to grind medium coarse (850 microns). Get a naturally sweet Chemex coffee by allowing time for abundant blooming during the pour.
For this authentic Italian coffee roast, we use a naturally sweet coffee bean blend, 100% organically grown on fair trade coffee plantations in the mountains of Brazil, Honduras, and Vietnam.
Our small-batch, Italian roast profile extends caramelization to allow your chemex to extract natural sweetness for your chemex coffee.
To allow for optimum mildness and maximum creaminess, we roast to 428 degrees Fahrenheit.
