A Flavor Profile to Love

Sweet, Mild & Creamy
Notes & Aromas
Caramel, Honey & Vanilla
This custom pour over coffee blend blend contains 90% Arabica & 10% Robusta to add some natural body, especially for pour-overs with metal filters. We roasted medium dark to ensure a naturally sweet pour over coffee.
For optimal extraction, we recommend a fine grind (750 microns) if you use a paper filter and a little coarser grind (850 microns) when you use a metal filter. In any case, use 25 grams of custom coffee grinds for 400 grams of water to get a naturally sweet pour over coffee.
For this authentic Italian pour over coffee, we use a naturally sweet coffee bean blend, 100% organically grown on fair trade coffee plantations in the mountains of Brazil, Honduras, and Vietnam.
Our small-batch, Italian roast profile extends caramelization to allow your pour over coffee maker to extract natural sweetness.
To allow for optimum mildness and maximum creaminess, we slowly roast to 428 degrees Fahrenheit.
