This is a low acid coffee while still having that great Peak Flavor…flavor!
I failed to notice the cups I ordered have a single hole for brewing and my ninja machine has three. However I am gifting them to my daughter who confirmed her machine has a single hole. I did find another with three holes. The concept of a reusable stainless steel cup is worth the small investment. Btw the coffee you sent along is amazing.

Have been using Lavazza for a couple of years. The flavor and crema from this freshnroadt brings back to European memories. Tip:. Make needed adjust ments for best draw. Had to adjust my grinder to be more course compared to the lavaza.

When I first opened the bag to grind the beans I got a whiff of heavenly aroma coming from the bag then I ground the beans and had a cup....all I can say is WOW
This coffee is so delicious. Smooth, yummy, and my Bialetti pot makes it in 5 minutes. I would love to have a decaffeinated option as well in the medium fine grind that is best for this coffee maker. Maybe something to consider for the future? Melicent with Customer Service answered my questions and sent me “coffee hugs” that made me feel appreciated. I will definitely be purchasing more.
I’m new at making espresso with my new DeLonghi espresso maker. The coffee had good crema but it is a little too light of a blend. I am a dark roast lover. I have to say it is good. It is just not my type of bean. I am understanding there’s a lot of espresso out there to fit everyone, but this is not a dark enough roast for me. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Let me start off by stating I grew up in an Italian household and have been to Italy many times. I know what good espresso made at home tastes like. Unfortunately, this product did not meet my standard of espresso flavor. I brewed the beans using 2 methods: moka pot and the Neapolitan Cuccumella pot. These beans do produce a smooth, low acid coffee. And I did appreciate notes of caramel as described. In my opinion the roast is too light and lacks body. I was excited to try this coffee but it just didn't measure up to my taste. Others that don't like traditional robust espresso may appreciate the lighter body.
Fantastic quality. Basically tastes like a fresh version of the Lavazza beans from Italy I've been using forever. I recommend to anyone who likes the classic espresso taste like I do.
